Refund policy

At Bakare Art, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we create. Each order is carefully handled and inspected before shipping. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please read our policy below.


1. All Sales Are Final for Original Artwork

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all sales of original pieces are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.


2. Prints and Merchandise

Refunds or replacements for prints and merchandise are only available if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof of the issue

In such cases, we will happily offer:

  • A replacement (at no additional cost), or

  • A full refund


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and fulfillment, and cancellations may no longer be possible.


4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
