1. Processing Time

  • Prints & Merchandise: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Original Artworks: Allow 5–7 business days, as each piece is carefully packaged for protection.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. We’ll notify you by email if there are any delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within [Your Country]): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.


5. Packaging

All artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition:

  • Prints are shipped flat or in protective tubes depending on size

  • Original paintings are wrapped, padded, and boxed securely


6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
